Just When You Think It’s Quiet

For the past two weeks I have some congestion in my sinuses and phlegm in my throat that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I have also developed bad breath something that I am extremely conscious of.

I went to my doctor today and it turns out this is something not uncommon with Sarcoidosis sufferers at the change of seasons. Really? Like I need something new? What the hell is up with this disease? Talk about being an attention seeker.

I received a prescription for some nasal spray and an inhaler. An inhaler to combat asthma like symptoms. I swear if I take any more medications I am going to turn into a big brown prescription bottle.

When ever you think things are quieting down, it finds another way to bust your butt indirectly. Still, although it’s a bit frustrating, it could be a lot worse. I am still blessed. I am alive.

I have the daily and the emergeny inhaler too as I also have asthma. I like the nasal spray. I use the one with a saline solution. Without the spray, I could not sleep at night. I take a lot of different medicines too. I used to wonder about the number of them now I worry about how much they cost. My current insurance dropped this area and now I am going to one that only covers 50% of brand name ones., Hope that you have a great insurance plan.

Thank heavens I have an excellent insurance plan where I only pay $5.00 copay on prescriptions.
