It’s my 49th birthday today. A glorious, blessed and joyful thing to make it to another birthday. I am so unbelievably grateful for such a small mercy. I hope to have many, many, many more.

Went out at midnight and it was snowing. The most beautiful, delicate snow. Almost as if mother nature was giving me birthday blessings.

My beautiful wife and kids gave me a really touching, sentimental and heartfelt gift which I will treasure for years to come.

It has been an adventure, and here’s looking to my 50th year!
