Motivational Monday – You’re OK. You’re Always OK

As you face the new day, week, month, year, and you go into your day, be it either to have some sort of surgery, a medical test, a meeting, or just a day that has you tense, nervous or up tight, just take a deep breath, close your eyes, exhale slowly, and just say to yourself “I'm ok”.

Blessing and strength this day for whatever challenges you face. And remember, you're ok. You're always ok.
