Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time Gradually

On Sunday, we in the the U.S. change our clocks (in most states) one hour ahead to adjust for day light savings time. For some people, just that simple one hour adjustment can throw them out of whack.

It never bothered me, but this year my wife and I are trying something new. Starting today, we are turning all our clocks ahead by 15 minutes every day until we get up to that extra hour. It's worth a try.
