Here are my answers to Cee's Photography weekly Share Your World.
WHEN YOU LOSE ELECTRICITY IN A STORM, DO YOU LIGHT THE CANDLES OR TURN ON THE FLASHLIGHT? HOW MANY OF EACH DO YOU OWN?
Thankfully, we have a generator so if power goes, we're ok. We do have flashlights in case there is ever a problem and the generator does not kick in, and candles as a back up, but I have no idea how many of each.
YOU ARE GIVEN $5,000 AND THE CHANCE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ONE OF TWO ENVELOPES. ONE ENVELOPE CONTAINS $50,000 AND ONE CONTAINS $500. DO YOU MAKE THE TRADE? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I am not a gambling man, but I would probably exchange it. If I got the $500.00, I think I would still be content. The ratio of loss is not that great at that amount. However, if the choice was that I was given $500K and the other envelopes had $1M and $5K, I would definitely keep the $500K. It all depends on the severity of the risk.
WHAT’S YOUR FIRST MEMORY?
I was probably around two or three and a neighbor's baby chicken came into our yard and I saw a scratch on its foot and I ran inside to get something to wrap it in. I think I grabbed a dish cloth or something, but when I went back, the chick was gone.
WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOU CAN’T SLEEP AT NIGHT? DO YOU COUNT SHEEP, TOSS AND TURN, OR GET UP AND TRY TO DO SOMETHING?
I am too ADHD to count sheep. I just toss and turn, and turn and toss, and yawn and sigh, and watch the clock, and sigh some more, and toss a bit before I turn a lot. Then yawn.
