Yesterday I was trolling WordPress in one of my few moments of down time and was reading a blog post over at a blog I do not subscribe to, when I found the post vaguely familiar. The more I read the post, I realized that I read this some where else before. The more I read, it felt more and more familiar.
I read the post and really found the words so true to my heart. I knew I read the post before and was thinking that this person really writes very well. And then I got to the end of the post and it said “Reblogged from LifeAsAnAnomaly.com, written by Basil Rene.”
I didn't know how to feel about that. Am I so vain to think that I am such a good writer, or am I just so dumb not to recognize my own writing?
I had a laugh out loud moment reading this. That is incredibly funny. Of course, you should be flattered that your work was reblogged. I think that might have forgotten receiving a pingback notification when that happened. It’s also good that you enjoy your own writing. Have a great Saturday. x

Well, in my defense I did write it four years ago! 😀

I laughed a bit too. I think you are humble, authentic and probably just caught up in what you are writing next. Stay inspired – this is flattering.

Or I am suffering from a very severe case of dumdumitis. 😀Thanks for the kind words.
