I have chronicled my journey with Sarcoidosis here for the past six years, pretty regularly. In that time I have seen myself transform physically, menatlly and spiritually, and all for the better. Recently I contemplated stopping this blog and took a couple of months of to regroup and explore the future of my chronicles.

Not to go into any detail, but in that time I learned that not only did I need to continue my blog in a health format direction, but that I needed to write a book about my journey with sarcoidosis and its resulting conditions.

I do want to, and will write the book, which I will self publish if no publisher wants to pick it up (but I am told that there will be a lot of interest in my story). I am writting this book not with the intention of making a profit and selling millions of copies, (although that will be a nice side effect), but with the intention of the book actually helping many people to overcome their illnesses or at least improve their life significantly.

The book is in its very early stages of writing, and I hope to finish it by the end of the year, if not sooner, but it is out there in the astral light. I just need to continue putting it in physical form.

I maintain two separate blogs. One is LifeAsAnAnomaly.com where I discuss my life with sarcoidosis and the other is AChefTalksFood.blog, where as the name implies, I talk about food.

        1. I use Mac and I just downloaded one called Scrivener. It has a free 30 day trial that is full use, no limitations. And it is 30 days of actual use, not calendar days. I like it so far. Kind of a learning curve, but once you get used to it, it’s very easy. You can get the free trial for either Mac or PC at https://www.literatureandlatte.com/trial.php. There are also a lot of tutorial videos on you tube
