I work weekends so I really don’t like when the clocks spring ahead on Sundays because I lose an hour of sleep, so my wife and I came up with a way to ease into it.
Starting on the Wednesday night we set all the clocks ahead 15 minutes and then each next day another 15 minutes. It works for us. As a matter of fact this year we decided to start on Monday and do it every 10 minutes. Now when daylight savings get here, I am acclimated to the time already.
