Besides what the doctors say, i would look into natural ways to help curtail it… like with certain herbs perhaps.

Hopefully they will eventually figure out what causes Sarcoidosis all together.

Trying to treat Cardiac Sarcodosis with herbs and natural remedies is like playing around with a loaded gun! iIt is a rare form of sarcoidosis only affecting around 5% of sarcoid population but most lethal. considered terminal. average life expectancy is five years. But studies and sample sizes are few, old, and small. i can trace my CS back 12 yeas. It is rare and goes mostly undiagnosed. Have a friend who tried remicade infusions instead of dreaded prednisone and went into a Ventricle Tachycardia Storm. His AICD shocked him ten times in two weeks. if not for that device he would be dead. He is now on prednisone and an immunosuppressant.

Clint the comment was aimed at prevention, not treatment. Unfortunately the entire medical community is based on suppression of symptoms rather than preventative medicine. I do believe that alternative medicine in conjunction with conventional medicine is what is needed right now rather than just taking meds. I was given a prognosis of 5 -10 years and I am still going strong 12 years later because I combined both modalities. As I always say, “know thyself and cure thyself”. Know your body and you will help your body.
