I was recently put on 40mg of Prednisone for two weeks and then got a plane full of sneezing people. Needless to say I have a bad cold, which of course I had to share with my wife, and then we get on a plane in a couple of days. Definitely should have worked on boosting my system before that pred!

I won’t be getting a flu shot this year. They add too much of aluminium and/or mercury or other inflammatories with the shots that tend to screw up people’s immune systems. Vaccines, though sometimes helpful, may be the reason why many people have immunological problems in this modern day and age. See some of Dr. Bergman’s videos on this (on YouTube).

I got my first flu shot in 2008 and got the worst flu two weeks after. I stopped getting the flu shot after that, preferring natural immune boosters. Every doctor I go to that asks if I got my flu shot, I tell them yes, the other doctor did it 😀
